2018 Mazda 6 Review

The 2018 Mazda6 Signature.  It’s not just a boring Camry competitor anymore.  It’s now a stellar example of a manufacturer swinging toward the fences.  Mazda did not just knocked it out of the park with the 6…they leveled the damn stadium.

If you want your breath taken away…step inside the refreshed cabin.  The material choices are not just first rate…they are class defining.  The feel and the look of the dash material is utterly stunning to behold.  The seats hold you in place perfectly and the entire cabin feels like it belongs in a car twice its price point.  Magnificent job Mazda!

What is also magnificent is the torque.  Powering the 2018 Mazda6 is a 2.5 liter turbo 4 making 227 horsepower but more importantly, 310 ft/lbs amount of torque.  That 310 ft/lbs you feel immediately.  It just lights up the front tires, shoves you back into the seat until you let off the throttle…all the while delivering 35 MPG on the highway. 

Now Heads Up Displays have been in vehicles for decades now, so they are nothing new.  However, the Mazda6 elevates the technology by displaying the blindspot warning on the windscreen as well.  So now, your eyes can focus on the most important part….driving 

How do I sum up the 2018 Mazda6?  Stunning interior.  Joyous amount of torque.  Beautiful styling.  I'm sold.  How about you?
