Everything in a Lexus is made to be effortless and that is no different in this 2018 Lexus GS300. It's a car specifically engineered to lower your blood pressure while driving and put you in a state of blissful zen. On the flip side it's also designed not to make you fall asleep while driving. The GS shrinks around you at speed and the chassis feels perfect behind the beautifully weighted wheel.
The GS300 is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder making 241 horsepower and 258 ft/lbs of torque mated to a 8 speed transmission driving the rear wheels. But those are all just numbers. Numbers don’t make the experience and the experience is just effortless.
The cabin is awashed in rich feeling and smelling leather abound. The contrast stitching on the dash and the real aluminium wood and trim adorn the rest of the cabin. Size wise that GS is perfectly placed. It's not too big and it's not too small. It's the perfect size for a family of 4. One can fit two rear facing child seats in the back with plenty of space and the trunk is big enough to fit a full size stroller.
To sum up 2018 Lexus GS300. It is a sensible, comfortable, and engaging luxury sedan.
