Let me explain:
Currently, we are sitting at the tale end of 2021 a year that was supposed to stand in stark contrast to the fecal matter show that was 2020. Whereas, it’s much better…2021 is a year still full for strive, confusion, anger and stress. What the Porsche Experience Center (#PECATL) offers is a welcome reprieve from the mental stresses of today’s world. Think of the Porsche Experience Center as the following:
“A mental health destination where you can envelope yourself in the finest sportscars the world has to offer...a place where you can take the tension off your shoulders and take in the beauty of high performance”
For the ‘non gearheads’ out there, let me explain the above quote to you. The love of the automobile doesn’t just reside in speeding from traffic light to traffic light, rolling coal or climbing up a muddy hill. The love of the automobile is multifaceted and it’s thoroughly ingrained in our psyche. It offers an escape from the mental cacophony of worry that weighs us down, wears us out and drains our spirit.
As gearheads, we replace that cacophony with a rhapsody of our own. A sound of a screaming engine. That mechanical ballad is the white noise that drowns out that other noise.
